CALL TO ARTISTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Exhibition Period

Artists may opt to exhibit their artwork in the Archai Virtualis museum only during the CODAsummit (November 10-12, 2021), or ongoing as part of the permanent Archai Virtualis online exhibition as well, which will stay open and available to visitors globally, year-round.

Rights & Ownership

Artists grant Archai Virtualis a non-exclusive right to display the selected works in AV for the duration of the exhibition, while retaining all copyrights and ownership of their work, including the 3D model.

Art Sales

If a buyer wants to purchase a fully-realized work of art, during or after the CODAsummit, Archai Virtualis acts as the selling agent, earning a commission of 50% of the sale price to complete the sale, transaction, and production logistics.

If a buyer wants to purchase a physical version of a non-realized work of art, AV will act as the negotiating agent and negotiate artist fee with the buyer, earning a commission of 50% of the sale price to complete the sale and transaction. Additionally, the artist will grant One Hat One Hand (AV's parent company) the right of first refusal to fabricate the work of art at best-available market rates. Artist reserves the right to fabricate the piece with a preferred fabricator or their own studio.

The Archai Virtualis team will work with the artist to help facilitate and negotiate the sale of the artwork directly with the prospective buyer.
